Care today for the health you will want tomorrow.

I am Denis Bacinschi, a doctor based in Mallorca. I help people live longer and better through a preventive, personal and evidence-based approach.

A doctor, not a catalogue of treatments

Preventive medicine is about getting ahead: catching things early, sustaining good habits and periodically reviewing what truly matters. My job is to help you understand your health and make sound decisions — no scaremongering, no empty promises.

I work from an integrative perspective that combines nutrition, physical activity, rest and blood-work follow-up. Everyone is different, so the starting point is always to listen.

How I can help

An integrated approach to your health

Four areas I assess together, because health cannot be understood in separate compartments.

  • 01

    Prevention and health assessment

A comprehensive assessment of your health, a review of your medical history and risk factors, and the interpretation of blood work and tests to spot opportunities for improvement and act in time.

  • 02

    Nutrition and habits

Realistic, sustainable recommendations adapted to your clinical situation, your daily life and your goals — no extremes, no miracle solutions.

  • 03

    Health, exercise and performance

Assessment and follow-up to improve your physical capacity, recovery and performance, adapted to your health and your activity level.

  • 04

    Healthy longevity

Prevention and follow-up aimed at preserving function, independence and quality of life over time.

How I work

Closeness, judgement and continuity

Every person arrives with a different history, different needs and different goals. The first consultation begins by listening: we go over your situation, what you have already tried and what you want to achieve. From there we map out a clear, realistic and measurable plan.

I work with clinical judgement and up-to-date evidence. I explain the reasoning behind every recommendation in an understandable way, without unnecessary jargon or tests and treatments that add no value.

Care does not end at the first consultation. When needed, we review how you are progressing, adjust the plan according to real results and keep the continuity required to move forward safely.

Frequently asked

Before your first visit

Who is the consultation for?

For adults who want to look after their health before problems appear: improving their habits, optimising nutrition and physical activity, reviewing risk factors and following up personally with medical judgement.

Is this a general medical consultation?

Yes. It is a general medical consultation with a particular focus on prevention, nutrition, healthy longevity and performance. I assess each case as a whole and, when necessary, refer you for assessment by the appropriate specialist.

It is not an emergency service, nor does it replace any specialist follow-up you have already been prescribed.

Where do you practise?

I see patients in person in Mallorca, and I also carry out reviews and follow-ups by video call when the clinical situation allows it.

Home visits may be considered in specific cases. Availability, coverage area and conditions are communicated individually once a request has been received.

What happens in the first consultation?

We will go over your medical history, background, habits, goals and any tests you already have available. Based on that assessment, we will set priorities and a personalised plan, ordering only the examinations or tests that can provide useful information.

What documents should I send before the consultation?

Before your appointment you can email your medical reports, recent blood work, any tests you have had and the list of medication or supplements you are taking.

This lets me review the available information beforehand and make better use of our time in the consultation. Once you have booked, you will receive instructions on how to send it.

How do I book an appointment?

Fill in the contact form with your details and the reason for your consultation, or click «Book a consultation». I will reply personally to confirm the appointment, explain the next steps and answer any questions beforehand.

Shall we take the first step?

Tell me briefly what you would like to improve and we will find a time to meet.
